These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mad Money Academy ("MMA," "we," "us"), including our website, tools, scores, and any related content or services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not financial or investment advice
Mad Money Academy is an educational and informational tool. It is NOT financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Our scores, signals, price estimates, buy/hold/sell indicators, and any other outputs are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. We do not recommend that any particular product, set, or transaction is suitable for you.
- No outcome is guaranteed. Collectible and secondary-market prices are volatile.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and selling decisions.
- Do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data, scores, or content without permission.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with MMA.
4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Paid tiers are offered on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card details. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. 5. Affiliate links
Some links in the Service are Amazon-affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its scores, methodology, text, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-party data & services
The Service relies on third-party data and providers (including Amazon, Rebrickable/Brickset, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Product names and marks are the property of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
